Possibilities
«Automated Working Place of the cargo consignor» is a new software product for the client of the railway to:
- prepare transportation documents “on the paper”;
- receive electronic copies of the transportation documents;
- give the trade office electronic document with the whole information, given by the client.
The necessity of creating this software arouse with the automation of the trade offices.
TMSoft Ltd officially took part in creating of the Automated System of Railroad Freight Activity Management in Ukraine and developed the automated workplace of a trade cashier (TC AWP).
TC AWP is purposed for organizing and delivering to the freight transportation host information about transportation, rating and controlling the correctness of the data in the documents.
To fasten the process of working up the documents and avoiding of mistakes AWP of the cargo Consignor was created.
Railway client can give the trade office electronic copy of the transportation documents with the main part almost filled in.
TC AWP reads the information and automatically prepares transportation documents for working up on the host (rating, control of the technological line passing etc).
Ways to pass data to TC AWP
For automating of the data passing to TC AWP such ways exist:
- «AWP of the cargo consignor».
Transportation documents are filled in by hand and passed to TC AWP as an electronic copy (file of a fixed format).
- TMkartaTM software with built in «AWP of the cargo consignor».
Transportation documents are filled in by hand or automatically after the calculations and then passed to TC AWP as an electronic copy (file of a fixed format).
- Complex automated informational system ExpeditorTM.
It’s purposed for automating of transport-forwarding enterprise management. It was created specially for enterprises specializing on transiting by rail freightage. This system uses uses TMkartaTM software with built in AWP of the cargo consignor as a calculative module.
- Specially developed software module for informational integration with TC AWP, which is used on the enterprises with automated systems.
